Edit-CSS appears to be broken in Tiki 2.0. For now, CSS files can be edited locally and uploaded/copied to the server, for users with that access.

Thanks for confirming Gary, at least I know I'm not losing my mind!! For what it's worth, I noted in 1.9.11 that I could call the file whatever I liked and still edit it. I mistakenly used an "underscore then username" after the original name and was still able to edit the file.
I assume I don't need to open up a bug report on Dev Tiki as it sounds like this is a known issue? I had a quick look there last night but couldn't find a bug report, although I might have over-looked it.
